[Water Treatment Case] Four processes (solid-liquid separation, concentration, dewatering, drying) in one machine!

We will introduce an example of consolidating into a single machine, achieving a reduction in installation costs and running costs!

We would like to introduce a case study from Ryuki Engineering, which proposes a reduction in the running costs of water treatment. We received a request from a metal processing factory to efficiently recover rare metals from high-concentration rare metal-containing water (valuable material) without reducing the concentration. [Case Study] ■Industry: Metal Processing Factory ■Challenges - Previously, recovery involved four processes (solid-liquid separation, concentration, dewatering, drying), which required significant effort and cost. - There was a desire to efficiently recover only rare metals from high-concentration rare metal-containing water without reducing the concentration. Our company has consolidated the process into a single machine for de-drying. This one unit handles all roles, achieving significant reductions in installation costs, installation space, and running costs (electricity and maintenance expenses). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Water Treatment Case] Removal of Impurities from Cooling Water in Heat Exchangers

90% OFF on water utility fees! Here are examples of reducing maintenance frequency and lowering disposal costs.

We would like to introduce a case study from Ryuki Engineering, which proposes a reduction in the running costs of water treatment. We received a request from a resin factory to reduce maintenance costs caused by impurities entering the heat exchanger from the cooling water used during cutting. 【Case Study】 ■Industry: Resin Factory ■Challenges - The large amount of cooling water used to cool the water during cutting contains impurities (resin scraps) that enter the heat exchanger. - Maintenance costs for the heat exchanger are high, and we want to reduce them. We proposed dewatering to remove impurities from the cooling water. By using the cleaned cooling water in the heat exchanger, we reduced the maintenance frequency from four times a year to once a year. Additionally, we not only removed impurities but also reduced their volume to lower disposal costs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
